My stay at Montana Resort was a mixed experience. While the property itself is new with a nice pool and garden area, I found the rooms lacked warmth and cleanliness. The dining options were extremely limited, and the service was challenging due to language barriers. Overall, it's not the ideal place for a peaceful getaway, especially with the construction noise nearby.

Rooms

The room was large but felt empty and the lighting was too harsh. The cleanliness left something to be desired, as the sheets were not changed during our stay.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking; only some staff spoke English, making it difficult to communicate dietary needs. Staff appeared overwhelmed.
Location

The resort is located quite far from the main areas, which made traveling to explore the island a bit annoying. Plus, there was constant construction noise.
Dining

Breakfast options were very poor, with limited choices mostly revolving around rice, noodles, and a few egg dishes. Despite mentioning dietary preferences, the requests were not accommodated.

While the pool and garden were attractive, the sunbeds were uncomfortable and lacked pillows or towels.

My stay at Montana Resort in Phu Quoc was quite disappointing. While the rooms were clean and convenient, there were a lot of negative aspects that overshadowed the positives. The dining experience was poor and the noise from construction made relaxation difficult.

My experience at Montana Resort was quite disappointing. Although the resort is brand new with clean rooms, it falls short in many areas. The breakfast options were extremely limited, and the service was not up to standard, especially in terms of communication. However, the pool area is nice, providing a decent place to relax. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort for those seeking a tranquil getaway.

I recently spent three nights at Montana Resort in Phu Quoc, and honestly, I can't recommend it for those seeking a tranquil island vibe. While the resort is brand new and has clean poolside rooms, the overall experience left much to be desired. The dining options were very limited, the staff struggled with basic requests, and the surrounding noise was quite disruptive. It was a relief to check out and find a more enjoyable stay elsewhere.

Rooms
6.0
While the poolside rooms are convenient and clean, they felt empty and had harsh, bright lighting. I didn't feel comfortable not having basic amenities like bathrobes.
Service
5.0
The service was pretty lacking, especially with language barriers—staff often couldn't understand simple requests like vegetarian options.
Location
5.0
The resort is located further away from the main attractions, which made it less convenient for exploring. It was a bit of a hassle to travel around.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were very poor. If you don't want rice or noodles, you're left with just omelets—more than once I received ham despite asking for no meat.
Facilities
6.0
The pool and garden area are nice, but the sunbeds were uncomfortable, and I really missed having proper cushions or towels.
